PLUSEAL Series Rotary Sealers are meticulously engineered to deliver optimal sealing performance, catering to the needs of hospitals and clinics while maintaining safety and capacity requirements. These units comply with the latest standards and directives, including 2006/42/EC (MD), 2014/35/EU (LVD), and 2014/30/EU (EMC). For added process safety, validatable models adhere to the EN ISO 11607-2 standard.
To accommodate diverse requirements, our rotary sealers offer the choice of a PID controller or a user-friendly touchscreen interface. Energy-efficient features, such as automatic start, automatic shutdown, motor deactivation, and standby modes, are integrated into all sealers. Our innovative WRITEMATIC technology simplifies operation in models equipped with an integrated printer by adjusting font size based on pouch width and text length.
The sealing process begins as pouches and reels are fed into the device through the left-side infeed plate, ensuring continuous sealing. Depending on the model, sealing speed can be increased, ranging from 11 m/min to 16 m/min, enhancing productivity. Our units are compatible with a wide range of materials, including steam sterilization rolls, Tyvek® sterilization rolls, paper bags, and packing materials, meeting EN 868-4, EN 868-5, and EN ISO 11607-1 standards.
